Help us shape Netdata by taking a survey, and you will get into a raffle and might win one of the 20 prizes, including a MacBook Pro 16”, and 2 PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X!
Your responses will be anonymised and aggregated and will only be used internally.
The raffle will take place 60 days after the research project is completed on the Netdata side, for the purposes of collecting, cleaning, and analyzing the research data (the “Survey Raffle”).
How is it going to work?
Participants in the Survey Raffle are subject to the following terms and conditions:
General
- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE.
- The Survey Raffle starts at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 1st, 2023 and is set to end on 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September the 30th, 2023 (“Survey Raffle Period”). Final dates are liable to change without notice.
How to enter
- To be eligible for the raffle, all entries must be received within the “Survey Raffle Period”
- You must reply fully and detailed to the survey sent to you, including your email address and full name details to qualify as responding participant (“Entrant”).
- Each “Entrant” may enter only one (1) time during the “Survey Raffle Period”.
- Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or full name.
- Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
- Employees or family members of employees of Netdata or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization, are not eligible for entry in the Prize Raffle.
- By participating in the Survey Raffle, the participant releases Netdata from any liability.
Winner
- Winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about September 30th, 2023 from among all eligible entries.
- For the avoidance of doubt, 40 of all the participants will be randomly selected by Netdata, 60 days after the research project is completed on the Netdata side for the purposes described above. 20 of the Participants will receive the Prizes (the “Winners”), and 30 will be runner-ups.
- Netdata will only contact the winners. Potential winners will be notified by mail with the email address provided and will be given instruction on how to claim their prize
- If a winning participant cannot be contacted via email, the first runner-up will be selected and contacted instead.
- If a Winner does not reply to us within 3 working days, another runner-up will be contacted instead. Winners that respond back more than 3 working days after receiving their winner’s email, will not be able to claim their Prize.
- At least 60 days from the date of the acceptance of the Prize by the Winner should be allowed for the delivery of the Prize.
- Winners subsequently may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within the same notice period of the 3 working days.
- By participating in the Survey Raffle, the participants recognize that Netdata may publish his or her full name, in the event he or she wins, for the sake of transparency and/or audit review.
- If the Winner does not wish to share his or her name and image for publicity purposes, he or she has the right to opt-out and forfeit his or her Prize.
- Failure to comply with any requirements on a timely basis may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner/runner-up.
- Netdata reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prize
- A total of 20 prizes, including:
- One (1) MacBook Pro 16” M2, valued up to 2499 USD
- Two (2) gaming consoles, either an Xbox Series X or a Playstation 5 valued up to 539 USD
- Seven (7) Annual Netdata Business plan up to 30 Nodes valued at 1080 USD
- Ten (10) Netdata Swag packs including merchandise valued at 60 USD
- Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above.
- The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered.
- If the Winners live in countries where they cannot receive or accept their Prize, they will be able to choose an Amazon (US/UK/DE/FR etc.) gift card or Tango Card gift card of the same value in its place.
Other
- Any misuse or abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Survey Raffle, might result in the withdrawal or denial of the Prize.
- The Survey Raffle is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course.
- The participant shall indemnify Netdata in case of any third-party claims of any kind whatsoever resulting from any unlawful actions that the participant has made.
- By participating in the Survey Raffle, the entrants grant his or her consent to store, process, and use the personal information provided, for Netdata’s internal * purposes. We will not transfer the participant’s information to any third party except for the purpose of notifying the winner and delivering/ sending the Prize.
- Netdata reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, pertaining to the end and close dates of this Survey Raffle, as well as the number of days and weeks when the prize draws will be held.
